I assume the offer will be subject to references and being able to obtain a visa.....so sure all will be fine.
When I went to work in the US in the 90s, I had a telephone interview, was offered on the spot and then was on a plane 3 weeks later. And that was all fine. Congrats...hope it works out. Have always wanted to go to NZ

Yeah it can be a quick process, it's checks that take the longest, police and references.....short term anyhow.
