the chelsea players are not playing as a team and that is the sole responsibility of the manager. Lampard is so obviously out of his depth, he doesn't have a clue how to put it right

I agree with you to an extent.

But Todd Boehly hired him after knowing from his other jobs that Lampard isn't a great Manager, but still hired him anyway, that is Boehly's responsibility for doing that imo.
