If he hasn't acknowledged and taken accountability for that then he still is. I'm not of the opinion that "people never change" - I'm skeptical that Trump has changed, mind you - but people who HAVE changed owe it to people they wronged in the past to admit and apologise for their wrongdoing before they can really be accepted as "a changed person".
