. Then again there was also heavy MDMA use in my day which there seems to be a bit less of these days.
But yes, as above it can also be prescribed.
It sounds like he was probably using it off-prescription in this case, though. And yeah ketamine + a heart problem + a hot tub dilating the blood vessels... are not a good recipe.
