TBF if it comes right down to it I'd prefer that NO ONE be wandering around town/public areas topless, but that in "expected places" it should be equal so if women want to be topless in places that men regularly go topless (beaches, pools, whatever) then that should be up to them.
Don't get me wrong: I love boobs as much as the next man, but they're not genitals and people in 2924 I think need to get out of the mindset that boobs for some reason should be considered that. It's not biologically accurate and doesn't make any sense. They're skin, fat, muscle and breast tissue just the same as men's boobs, just in different proportions.

Thing is … as we all know .. you give people some leeway and others will take advantage.
Also that description of skin , fat and tissue also describes our family jewels or meat and two veg ..
So where does it all end if we don’t have rules or regulations.
