there have been some more polls that have come out that don't paint a very good picture for Biden. The problem the dems have is that if they keep him, they are potentially putting the feelings of an old man ahead of democracy itself. If Biden refuses to stand down he is being just as narcissistic as Trump. Biden should at least give the dems the option of replacing him if that's what they choose to do.
There are so many complex interactions at play, that i don't have a clue what the best path is. Harris is a lot more unpopular than Biden at the present time, but that may change if she becomes the focal point for saving democracy. I tend to believe that would certainly be the case. I think putting anyone else up will ultimately be doomed to failure
