[What can Starmer do.
Decide on a new law or laws to make, that takes time.]

Yes Joey takes time
but Parliament can be brought back
to make News Laws Fast.

Also,
Starmer is in Downing Street
today, so he can set up a TV News Conference
and not run out of this one
