There are a lot of Self help groups out there Kate...you interact well with people so I think these groups will be good for you to bounce off people. There is so much of this at the moment regarding depression and Mental Health. We have been to hell and back these last 3 months with my son...but he has finally got the help he needs and it has turned his life around.
