I think Lily's just naturally gravitated towards the villagers (Nathan and BP in particular) and bonded with them after a two-day task. It helps that she was already friendly with Marcello and Hanah. Whether it's enough to have put a wedge between her and Ali, only time will tell. Especially after receiving such loud cheers tonight during the actual eviction itself.

As for Hanah, I don't think there's any love lost between her and Ali. Hanah won't forget Ali nominating her after those one or two heart-to-heart convos they had.
