That can't be acceptable though, people have started voting for a winner so there'll be absolute uproar if someone leaves with money after people have voted them to win. Can't be right?

I'd be happy if my favorite left and they pocketed a little cash if they really didn't think they'd win. They got something out of it and they'd probably regret it sitting there for the remaining days maybe involved in drama only to leave and they could've left with cash?...

It could be BB calls 3 into the vault (2 random housemates and one with the lowest votes), then tells them one of them got lowest votes and is leaving. But gives them a chance to take cash and leave if they think it’s them. If somebody takes the cash they’re evicted, if nobody takes the cash the housemate who polled lowest is evicted.
