…I think you’ve used the completely correct word, Oliver…’excuse’ ….don’t give us a broken system that isn’t well thought through for something so serious as trying to prevent harm and life loss through information being given and gathered and then give us excuses when that giving and gathering has led to no action being taken in an attempt to prevent…no reasons, just excuses…
