Hemsworth in Love & Thunder is on his way to 9 and has definitely been on the HGH and roids . Before that, like original Thor/Avengers era, he had (probably) just been intensively training.

Edit to add: A fairly obvious sign of this is that he slims down MASSIVELY between movies and then bulks right back up. Definitely not natty.
