Well in this instance she was the person wronged and Nancy the wrong-doer.

I think Nancy will be up, maybe not Sam. I doubt Jenny will feature though it would add to the drama if it was Jenny vs Nancy and the HMs assume the public have sided with the one who remains in the main House.
