Charlie is revolting, he doesn't put his pea brain into gear before acting then thinks he can put things right with a kiss and a cuddle who would want to go anywhere near him in the first place? He's just this moment spat water over Bea, well if he had to do it then he chose the right housemate but thats not the point, its just totally unacceptable behaviour, and he deserves an official warning at least.
