I've seen more than you think I did and I can tell this is not a spliff just by looking at the top of it. Period. It's just a bad roll up cigarette, nothing else than this.[/rquote]you have no clue what so ever look at the band round the center you dont get that off a single roll up put 3 skins together smoke 1/2 of it and have a look. how the ******* can you tell by the end of it? she may be a cr*p roller there is no way you can tell that is or is not a spliff from looking at the end? its been set on fu***ng fire the band round the center is the give away. = more than 2 papers were used.
