Paul Danan was on BBLB alot during Summer, So I think 1 or 2 people we have seen alot of during BBLB might be going in..
Maybe BB Producers thought they should try and make the Viewers familar with the Celebs by putting them on BBLB..

Obviously none of the above would go in..although it would be cool but Im just pointing it out I bet we get at least 1 Person on CBB who appeared on BBLB During the Summer
