Big Brother 7 housemate Grace Adams-Short has claimed that the reality show needs to "chill out" and come back in a couple of years' time.

The reality TV star said that the Channel 4 programme has been ruined by predictable characters, but insisted that there is still potential for the format to return in the future.

"I think the show needs to stop, take a little break and come back bigger and better in a couple of years. It's got a bit mundane with the people going in there - every girl in there now wants to become a glamour model," she told DS.

"They need to get actual normal people in there rather than wannabes. But I'll be sad to see it go, I always watch it despite saying that I won't. I just hope that it chills out for a couple of years and comes back. We have definitely got to have Big Brother - we can't let X Factor win!"

Adams-Short also insisted that she is not concerned about losing work once the show comes to an end next summer.

"I know some housemates get all worried when a new series begins, knowing that they won't get as much work and stuff," she said. "That Big Brother lot who cling on to the title and go to the opening of an envelope, it will upset them. But me and Mikey [Dalton, husband] have never done that. We both had careers before and we have gone back to what we were doing."

Good opinions from Grace there. She does not seem too bitter to not get much work after big brother! Lol love her or hate her she was a great housemate! I also think Big Brother will return like after a few years also!

Unlike the other Ex HMs who are smug now and think their too good for the show and the show should end because their 15 minutes of fame is up!
