Some of them have been successful like Kate Lawler and Alison Hammand from bb3, both earned some respectable presenting jobs! The main difference between Kate and Alison to the rest is how they handle themselves. They never did the trashy tabloids route while Chanelle will never be taken seriously as she did for a quick bit of cash. To be fair on the TomKat and Brangelina point they don't actively seek out headlines and plus unlike most BB contestants they have talents to back up their fame.

The reason why most BB contestants are jokes is because they make the mistake of going after fame when they should instead look for a media career. Tabloid celebrity never lasts and it's never dignified.
