Arrow Coronation Street's 50th year
Corrie will be 50 on 9th December 2010

I wonder what they will do for the lead up/episode? I hope they bring back Curly, maybe Bet Linch and Hilda Ogden for the episode, it'd be cool to have the Queen in the episode too (since Prince Charles was in the 40th episode), maybe the episode could be about the Queens visit to Weatherfield or something?

What does everyone else think should happen

They roll out Blanche's dead body onto the set, Roy fucks her in front of the entire street [including Hayley], and David comes and does him up the arse. Then Richard Hillman turns up in a huge army tank, takes everyone down, and then ***** on Gail Platt's dead face.

Nah, it's made by two different companies, there'd be too much legal stuff to clear, where as Emmerdale and Corrie are both made by ITV

Like Roy popping into the Vic', I did read a Corrie character turned up in an Emmerdale VHS episode, so it has been done already
