The evidence is he hasnt taken a DNA test, now if I were man and tapped somebodies booty, and she claimed I got her pregnant the first thing I would do is take a £50 DNA test....My man hasnt even bothered to do that and prefers the rumors of knocking up a 14 year old kid. I'd be interested to know if this is true. It doesn't make sense that even a piss poor rag like the News of the World would would make an unfounded allegation of that nature. I wouldn't want to be on the receiving end of a successful lawsuit from Sisqo's lawyers having made those claims.

If true then yeah, Sisqo is guilty of rape... assuming he was legally an adult at this time.

Depends on the age of consent where and when the incident took place, surely!

Remember its less than 5 years that Canada raised the age of consent from 14 to 16. So dont just assume its 16 all over the world, She is a Kenyan and the age of consent there was 14.

The Swiss do have a few strange let outs in their laws relating to the laws of the home country in some areas.

Think you may be right here. The NOTW report states that they only want him to pay child support fees and it says nothing about charging him for anything serious.

CELEBRITY Big Brother star Sisqo fathered a child with a 14-year-old fan, a Swiss court decided. The American R&B singer - real name Mark Andrews - bedded the Kenyan-born girl after a concert in 1999.

The star, whose biggest solo hit is Thong Song, was lead singer with US boy band Dru Hill at the time. The fan kept the child, a boy called Ian, and a Swiss court ruled Sisqo WAS his father despite his denials.

Sisqo - who was crowned hunkiest housemate on the show - has ducked a dozen opportunities to take a DNA test to prove his innocence.

The Swiss court ruled that the CBB contestant should pay monthly child support fees.

The woman, who is now 25, claims she and her friends met Sisqo at a VIP reception after a concert in Zurich in 1999.

She said: "After the concert Sisqo was standing with his band at the bar, we went over and talked to them. Then everything went very fast."

She raised the child at her parents' house. "I was so young, but I wanted to enjoy my life," she said.

She added: "Ian often saw his father on TV. He's very proud of him. It's up to his father to prove he's right to be proud."

The Swiss press revealed she has successfully sued Sisqo for child support six years in court.

9 /10 years ago Sisco would have been 20/21 ,so he DID have sex with a minor ,he needs locking up

And along with the Mc Canns who have refused to do a reconstruction ,Kate refused to answer the 40 questions asked of her,refused to allow the Portuguese police to see Maddies medical records,refused to have drug tests on the twins for MONTHS(until they were sure all traces had left their bodies),lie on top of lie,can only lead to one conclusion .....if you have nothing to hide why try to cover things up ? in a word ......GUILTY

I agree, that if it is true, its pretty gross to think that he was going around from bar to bar sleeping with women without protection. In his defense, he met her in a VIP section of a bar, which I am sure led to him thinking that she was of a legal age, not at a playground at a park where most 14 yo's should be.

I see everyone discussing that he should face legal consequences, but I think somehow, her parents should be held responsible as well, for letting a 14 (with or without their consent) be at a bar in the first place. As parents, they failed to protect their child. The bar should also face consequences for allowing a minor in the establishment. Sure, he should have done his homework, and asked her age, but, how many single people actually do that when they are picking up someone for a one night stand in a bar?
