Go to a proper casino, its so much better when you can see the people face to face rather than over the internet
Plus there was a woman on This Morning who had a gambling addiction due to being online. She couldn't help herself so her brother had to lock her in a room for a while and didn't let her see her kids/go in the internet etc. That could be you Although if you got to go on This Morning that would be pretty amazing

My usual town, probably got the best casinos. Tucson Arizona, in the indian reservations. Awesome casinos.
I only go maybe once a month and plan to blow 2 or $300. And I have an amazing time
I cant be asked playing any games over the internet, let alone poker, or card games.
THey do have some nice casinos in London too by the way.
