He has a criminal record for violent assault. On at lest 3 occasions. 1, he beat up his neighbour. 2, he was done for air rage, and 3, he got in a bar brawl in 2003, which apparntly left hm with his nose severely lacerated by a bottle.

I can't help but let my view of him be influenced by his past behaviour in real life. If he didn't have a violent past I'd support him, but he does.
