I dont think that matters really...its quality of posts and if you seem like you would fit the role really.

Well I think these threads can be fun. SOMETIMES.
I think it would also cause alot of hell me being mod but there has never been a controvisy seeking mod.

Yeah to you they may be fun, to lots they are irritating and to some, some of your posts could be seen as very offensive.

Sort of goes against what a moderator is there for dont you think, controversy seeking? Having your own opinions which you stand up for and courting controversy arent necessarily the same thing

I made threads for my own amusement, watching people get worked up. From now I will no longer post in serious and will behave.... Sorry all. Just putting fun in the forum. Eg.. Bbc future. How worked up could they get

That is as maybe, but you do mod the boards, you dont lay it on heavy etc and you contribute to the betterment of the site in general.
