I'm sorry but I think you and the three girls are over analyzing his motivations. I really do think he just hates people like that. I understand where he's coming from because I really hate people like that too. In normal life I'm pretty sure everyone has come across people like Rachael but in normal life we can can mumble stuck up cow and walk away and go about our business but everyone is forgetting that they're stuck in a house with eachother with no escape from eachother and so these feeling build and are magnified.
