I think he could have got the money from his father's death, if he lost his life at work, I suspect there was a big insurance pay out and his mother saved money for him till he got to a certain age (that is a wild guess of course)

I think this the weakest example of straw clutching I've seen you manage so far.

The conrtributary factor for BOTH Eugene AND LIAM was that people thought they'd already had a substantial reward from BB.

while I agree Liam and Eugene had won a substantial amount from BB and may therefore have lost out on first place because of it, I don't think who has most in their own private account, whether it's obtained via insurance or just hard work, is as likely to influence the public over the next couple of weeks

TBH, I think being part of a couple could well be their downfall as much as anything - perversely, while people like to see a romance flourish, they also seem to like to break it up before the end (whatever your thoughts on JJJ just now and the romance / nomance / fauxmance)
