As for the value of the place the valuation sites are utter tripe i bet i could easily find one that values it at £100k less than the quote earlier in the thread and even that is too much the only value the place holds is in its member data base and the vast majority of that was big brother reliant anyway infact there are now only 630-650 active members.

Even that is a very generous amount.

Funny you say that price as my offer was about the £200 mark.

I really would not spend any more, and even £200 would require a good think about.
