I was very good and bought sandwich stuff for work yesterday and I forgot to bring them in this morning, now I have to go and get something for lunch and I want to get chips I can't stop thinking about them

chips are evil and they never taste as nice as you think (except MacDonalds ones - they're lovely)

I've never found a chip shop round here that tastes anything like chips tasted when I was a child - I used to love homemade chips that you made in a proper chip pan - nobody hardly does that anymore
