Obviously it's a tricky situation. People have short memories. This is not the first time arab countries have done a major overhaul. Let us not forget that most of these current dictators got into power via the same kind of protestors and uprisings.

So will the next gen middle east be any better? History tells us no. But we can all hope.

The US and most of the west are taking a very measured approach to this because we've seen it all before.
