I think the last good unexpected surprise I had was last year when I got an accidental delivery of 100 teddy bears to my flat that were left without question; it's brought much amusement and joy to my flat/people who visit us, haha.

I'm delighted for you Mids. Funnily enough, I had one of those kind of days very recently when I got offered a job I'd been waiting to be offered for months - bureacratic old shoite was holding it up. Four hours after I was offered the job I was offered another - better - one with a different organisation. Happy days (I took the second one by the way)
