Everyone seems to have different opinions as to what the final will be.
I personally think (because it's 2 hours long) that the first hour will be the interviews/business proposals review followed by a culling of 2 candidates. Then the second hour will be the final task where the final 2 have to carry out their business proposal (or something similar).
