I believe if you let the coffee boil, it should give you diarrhea. I heard it on a doc about anorexia.

Funnily enough if its put in at the other end it stimulates and cleaneses the liver.

Another little note, be warned the colon absorbs liquid quite easily so if you put a cup in you wont get a cup back on.

Something to think about if you plan on drinking if later.

Oh and let the stuff cool a little before pouring it in.

If you mean do I feel the need to rapidly evacuate my bowels after my first coffee of the day, the answer is no, its normally about halfway though my first coffee of the day.
