I think it irritates the others that he can read them and situations so well, but I don't think that makes him a bad person. And I do think he likes Faye.

I think he likes Faye, but doesn't want to as he knows they are so different, but can't help his feelings. Hopefully those feelings will wane for both of them once they are out the BB house, as they don't seem suited at all, they would be better suited as just friends.
