Because the passive aggressive controller does not say things in a loud clear voice.
They let it happen, whining under their breath, and then control the mood (and others) by sulking, using it as a weapon.
They prefer to act the martyred victim after the event.
Tbh, it is embarrassing behaviour in a 10 year old child... from a 30 year old man it's just vomit inducing.
