Friends, I think I can shed some light on this urgent and pressing matter.

I believe that Aaron, rather like me, has been repressing his awareness of The N-Dubz (that's what Louis Walsh calls them, so it must be right!) in the hope that they'll go away.

He probably thought that if he could master this in his secluded time in the BB house it might continue once back in the outside world.

We must feel pity for him if he's an X-Factor fan, though, as once back on the outside, he'll flick the TV on come Saturday night and..."Aaargghh! NOOOOO! It's Tulisaaaaa...good grief!"

Erm, Tom looks NOTHING like Dappy so therefore your argument that Aaron is comparing Tom to Dappy because he DOES look like him is kind of dead in the water. He clearly used the analogy solely to convey to Tom how much Alex thinks of him. Oh dear poppet - massive FAIL

One of my Cousins knows who Dappy is but hasn't any clue as to N-Dubz.He didn't even know Charlie Simpson was in busted. As has been said Dappy has done and now is doing more solo stuff.

Considering Alex told him her ideal man would be N-dubz and that she was madly in love with him and that the conversation was on Alex being in love with Tom, Aaron was just being witty as usual.


But then again, unless you have a dry sense of humour and are witty yourself these things will go straight over your head.

No worries though as am sure what you lack in humour you make up for in..... errr.... lets think now ..... hmmmm.... brawn and possibly looks?

It is possible that the name N-Dubz didn't ring a bell but he would have seen/heard of Dappy before because of his career outside the band, he's had 2 no.1's as a solo artist and is increasingly becoming a more prominent personality in the music world

You can only laugh really and take the threads with a pinch of salt That said, decided to count the Aaron threads on the first page of this BB forum, there are 19 in total albeit some are pro Aaron, but many are anti ones which could have fitted into one merged thread because of the content really.
