I love Amelia, but I still think it will be in her best interests not to come back this way, she won't win. Sorry to repeat again what I said in another thread, but I would much prefer her to come back next year, get through to Judges houses, and this time take her rightful place on the live shows from day one. Therefore I am not voting, although I think she will beat the other three hands down.

Another point, it's a bit unfair on the others who have been there since the start, and also I wouldn't blame Johnny if he was a bit put out, should have offered it to him first. Johnny is too nice a person for that though, and he will be on the Live Tour at least.

I was made up when I first heard Frankie had got the boot as I thought it meant The Risk would now be on the tour as well, but it will be the returning act I presume, which is also quite unfair. The whole show has been a farce of epic proportions this year, haven't enjoyed it half as much as 2010's.

She can't though, even if she wanted to come back next year, the fact she's made the live shows once before disqualifies her from entering again. This is her only opportunity of returning and honestly I see her topping the votes by a landslide majority.

She didn't qualify to progress to the live shows with public votes though, the week when the four were eliminated was just an extension of Judges Houses, to whittle it down.

Yeah but once an act makes the live shows they become ineligible to return next year regardless of whether or not the public had any say in the exit.

No, the live shows proper are defined as when the acts start singing for public votes, I think. Not sure though Callum, you may be right and they wouldn't allow her to try again next year, but it really isn't watertight and I see a massive potential loophole there, for any of the four who don't get back on tonight to come back next year, Syco have the final say, and if they wanted it, it would happen.

i thought that but then i read somewhere today or yesterday in the mirror i think, got a terrible memory lol simon has said if frankie can sort himself out he'll be welcome to try again next year. so now i'm unsure although that could just be tabloid rubbish talk!

Whichever way you look at it, someone would be saying its unfair to bring anyone back, even Johnny and in my opinion, bringing one of these four back is the fairest option as they never had the chance to face the public vote while Johnny did and was in the bottom 3, he may have recieved more votes than Kitty (which I think he most definitely would have) but the fact is he didn't recieve enough votes to keep him safe.
