not smoking is so easy to do you just dont put a cig and your mouth and dont light it what could be easier

i actually dont get how people cannot psychically stop smoking i was smoking for years and i was smoking atleast 10 a day and i found it really easy to stop

Got (another) new job, get bored too easily and move on but I'm going to see the whole of 2012 with this one. I need a year with the same company! Start on 2nd Jan and don't have to go back to my old job... can't wait

I think you really have to want to stop then its easy.
