The servers his website used were on US soil, so technically he did commit the "crime" in the US.

However like i said, i don't think non-violent criminals should be extradited.

hmmm, maybe i'm wrong then. maybe it's because there were so many US users using his site then? although in that case, they should be going after the Americans that used his site too.

Do you know if they are going after Americans that used the site too?

It all seems like a massive waste of time and money to me, and the only people getting anything out of it are the lawyers.
