Because I work in the travel industry, I remember it having a massive effect at work. On the day itself Iwas driving to have my car fixed, and it was on the news in the garage, and thats where I saw one plane go into the wtc. Next day at work, we were so quiet, took ages to pick up again. It was terrible and I dont think they'll ever get over it, was such a huge attack.
