I liked the last episode. Yes, it was pretty violent but the acting was brilliant. That Luke character was a right creep but the actor did a great job of portaying him. Frankie is so much better this series too, I really didn't warm to her last series. Didn't see the Nick/Frankie thing coming either, very random.

This series is so much better than the last, I totally got all the criticism it got last series but I don't get the complaining for this series. I've enjoyed every episode so far.

Am I being optimistic... or is Skins back on it's feet? I rather enjoyed that episode.

Kinda helped that Mini's fathers assistant was rather pretty.

dont watch skins anymore, my dtr gave up on it too as she said it glorified drug use.... the series with tom and the posh lass and the guy who was in a coma and his sister....its not representative of the student population was her reaction. well if that was their target demographic other students, it fails, if not its a misrepresentation.

Most people know when watching Skins that it's not a true representation of most teenagers lives, it's exaggerated for TV.

its rubbish then? its nothing like student/teenage life ..which is why we found it pants, it would be nice if it at least attempted to identify with modern day issues realistically?

People have different tastes and are allowed to enjoy the programme, doesn't mean it's rubbish. I know it's not like student life, I enjoy it for what it is. It does attempt to identify with modern day issues a lot of the time, but of course it's heightened for dramatic purposes.

Loved tonight's. There hasn't been a sh*t episode this series yet, I'm really glad.

I'd also go as far as saying that I think I might prefer this series to series four (the second generations second series)
