when you think of rape its of a man rapeing a women.
there are cases where women make up rape alligations for one reason or another,
all rape alligations need to be investigated.
what needs to change is the fact that a mans details are made public
if the police feel that he is a serious risk than he should be kept on remand until his trial.
this crime cuts both ways there are women that have been raped gone to trial only to see their attacker go free.
but its in part the news papers fault beacuse they print rape alligations on the front page to sell papers most recent, dane bowers
