Ive never been so offended that my first thought is to try and drum up some more faux outrage on a forum.
Nobody said it was ok ffs somebody said something offhand and was put in their place and told not to be rude theres no need for people to piss their pants with outrage at every opportunity.

no one here is "pissing their pants", and to be fair, you sound more outraged than any of the other posts i've read here. So who is outraged? and why are you so outraged over people standing up for an historically discriminated group? Do you deny the history of discrimination? do you deny the prevalence of discrimination against trans people?

Well what else would I do? Write in my diary as to how pissed off I was at the comment? I think it makes much more sense to raise the subject in the place where others will more than likely have heard the comment and to see what they think.

I'm not sure what you're trying to prove from your pseudo-intellectual snipes at me and others but it is simply not ok to simply put someone in their place over a comment that, BY LAW, is on a par with a racist comment. How many times will I have to explain why what has happened is bad? But obviously you're the all seeing eye of morality and that in the real world we simply give a slap on the wrist to those who demean others. I guess though, from the image in your signature, you're some sort of hero for freedom of speech and that me stating my outrage is somehow trampling on the oh so precious freedoms of morons to spout their ****e on a TV show. God they must feel so surpressed with limp wristed liberals like me on their backs..
