If it's a fault it's not BB but the company who supply the lines. BB or Ch 5 may own the phone numbers but they don't own and operate the lines the numbers are on.

It may be a private company or it may be a problem with BT.

Yepp same looks like a genuine issue. Ch5 should be able to correct it because of the number dialled though.. hopefully.

Closing this because If there ever was a problem with the phone lines, it's resolved now.
