Yes all you need is The Dail, Aras an Uachtarain, All the banks and major companys to be situated there, the larger airport,bigger population, monuments, tourist attractions and the better shopping resorces.

Yes but the headquarters of the banks and the majority of the big companys are in Dublin, sure 60% of Irelands taxs come from Dublin.
