That is wrong, there is cases of council workers in yorkshire being found to be paid less.
I am not able to post links atm, but I assure you there is evidence of discrimination there.
There are traditionally male dominated professions... I don't understand what that has to do with this discussion?
However, the women in these jobs are as qualified as males in their professions obviously.
