I fail to see how women are seen to come out as benefitting more than men, almost 40 years after the Equal Pay Act it's still to be implamented in most sectors......

the only reason they falsely claim men get paid more is by working out the career averages over a lifetime, where men overall will work for longer and more hours and due to this reason alone will end up rogressing slightly further on pay scales. there is barely any evidence of anyone illegally paying a man more for the identical work as a woman. in cases where it happens the law is there to protect them. however in truth, most jobs pay varies according to the quality of work produced as well as its reliability and how much profit it makes companies. Theres certain work women simply barley do at all...how many women plumbers, engineers, electricians, even basic jobs like gardening or paining and decorating or garden clearances? If women want to start these businesses I suggest they quit complaining and get off their backsides lose the chip on both shoulders and do it, like the rest of the entrepreneurs out there.
