I don't see the problem with it....
fair play to them, if you take a substance as detrimental to health as nicotine... It is unethical not to ban it. How will they cope without the revenue?... ( i'm sure their government cares more than ours to make provision) What about alcohol!!!! ( thats a separate issue)
