Thanks and yes I think so, my sis was diagnosed coeliac so she quit to keep herself as healthy as poss.
She seemed to find it easier tham me haha!

Its probably easier for her with unfortunately having an underlying reason. You will get there am sure. I don't drink much any more, the odd glass of wine and then on nights out but I think I am going to do the dryathlon in January anyway for cancer research.

Dryathon? might look into that thanks annie. I have supported cancer research since losing my dad.
Off to holland and barratts for some supplies...haha
