Its not google, you're quite correct but it is a public forum with a section for off topic chat and banter so I don't quite see what the problem is really? If I don't like / have interest in a thread I move along and view another...

Is there a reason to be rude? I was giving my opinion and it differs from yours but I was saying what I do in threads. I was not even saying you have to "move along", merely it is what I do.

You may feel you have the right to speak to the younger members of the forum about respect and so I feel I have the right to remind you that respect is a two way street.

im saying the same to you as you said to me!, but mine was short and to the point!, dont try and turn this into an issue of respect.

It absolutely is an issue of respect though. I do not take kindly to being spoken down to or having assumptions made about hidden meanings in the posts I make. I am not a kid and if that was what I was trying to say I would say it. I was merely saying what I do when I see a thread that has no interest to me which I thought was the point of this thread?
