I hated DS9 for trying to make religion seem like it had some basis in reality. Voyager was all about exloring the Universe scientifically, that's real Star Trek. DS9 was some weird religion/morality story where science was left in the dust. DS9 was not in the true spirit of Trek imo.

I liked Deep Space Nine because it was trying to do something different. Plus it reminds me a bit of the greatest science fiction show of all time, Babylon 5. Plus Garak is the best character in the Star Trek Franchise
My least favorite Star Trek was Next Generation. It represents everything I dislike about science fiction. Militarism and all that. Plus every single on NG was unlikeable.
