Loads of water and tablets before bed. A pint of water and two tablets by the bed for when I open my eyes. Stodgy food and rest.

Or better still...no booze.

Drinking water at the same time as the booze so that the body is not just getting **** in it and you still get drunk (well in my case).

The older I get the worse my hangovers are. I feel like death now after a couple and it takes me a week to recover. Oh for the days when hair of the dog was the best cure!!

Motilium is a must, accompanied by eggs, tea and plenty of water and fresh air.. Oh and paracetamol for the pain.

I also take milk thistle pills before I go out, when I get in and 3 times the next day
